Each presentation should be approx. 25 min.

Please show up 10 min. before your session, either in person or virtually.

In person presenters: only a USB memory can be used to upload your slides.

To avoid large gatherings, no lunch or reception is planned.

Refreshments are provided.

There are "viewing rooms" in Mita campus when online invited sessions run.

All contributed sessions are both in person and virtual (live streaming only).

Trasnportation time between U Tokyo (Hongo) and Keio U. (Mita)

Taxi 22 min.

Subway Mita line 40 min (15 min walk to Kasuga st., 15 min subway to Mita st., 10 min. walk to mita campus)

Mita line is recommended but with more time (additional 10-20 min), you can use

Namboku line (Todaimae st. - Azabu Juban st.) or Oedo line (Hongo Sanchome st. - Akabanebashi st.).
