Registration for presenters and non-presenters opens: May 10, 2022
Accepted presenters must register through the Conference Maker by May 24
to be included in the final program.
Presenter registration deadline: May 24, 2022 (Closed)
Non-presenter registration deadline: July 31, 2022
Registration Fee (same for in-person* and online presentation)
Presenter in high-income countries: $125 USD
Presenter in non-high-income countries: $75 USD
Student presenter**: $50 USD
Non-presenter Registration (until July 31, 2022)
Non-presenter, ES-member: No charge but registration is required.
Non-presenter, Non-ES member*：$300 USD
(* The fee is only for registration, and entry to Japan may require
additional cost and time for foreign nationals.)
(** Student presenters will be waived their registration fee
by scholarship funds with student ID upload.
Unfortunately, no other financial aid is planned.)
Registration fee refund policy: 100% up to June 30, 2022.
No refund after that date.
